Turn To The Sun Holistic Therapies was founded by Holistic and Spiritual Life Coach Jaslyn Flores Salgado. She is a certified Life Coach that helps people find direction in their life and to heal their emotional traumas  and physical illnesses and conditions through natural remedies.

Jaslyn studied music in the universities in the United States and uses her musical talents to help others heal with the power of medicine music. In 2020, Jaslyn, mother of 2 and wife, left her life behind in the U.S. to study with her husband, a mexican native, the ancestral and natural therapies and healing practices offerred by elders in Mexico and together they help others with holistic modalities and ancient medicine ceremonies and therapies. 

Jaslyn guides temazcal therapies, Cacao ceremonies, and singing circles with her husband as well as Yoni egg and uterus cleansing therapies. You can also schedule 1-on-1 spiritual life coaching sessions if you're in need of spiritual guidance and seek a deep connection with God and the Divine.

No Gluten Pancake Recipe

As someone who becomes super inflamed after eating large portions of gluten or in a consecutive setting, I still enjoy to have pancakes, pastries, and bread as a meal filler to help me stay full longer and to satisfy my sweet tooth. My pancake recipe uses amaranth flour which I make by placing the amaranth in a blender for one minute making sure all the grains are ground into a powder. Amaranth Amaranth is a highly nutritious pseudo-grain that offers a variety of health benefits. Here are some key nutritional advantages: 1.  High in Protein Amaranth is rich in protein compared to most grains. It contains around 9 grams of protein per cooked cup (about 246 grams). This makes it an excellent plant-based protein source, especially for vegetarians and vegans.
